YOU BOUGHT our TREES or PLANTS ? — Here the Potted Tree Care Guide by STREETGROWERS
Your potted fruit tree is typically grown in a designated area of the yard because of its mature size and spread. It should only be grown in full sunlight. It does best in average to evenly moist conditions, but will not tolerate standing water. It prefer sandy potted mix soil type + coarse barks and pH (neutral to acidic). It is highly tolerant of urban pollution and will even thrive in inner city environments. It will benefit from being disposed in a relatively sheltered location from prevailing winds. Prune during dormancy (late March, early April). All dead or damaged branches must be eliminated to prevent diseases. Fertilize one time in early May (1/2) and second time in early June (2/2). For POTTED FRUIT TREES, a regular supply of water is required, mainly in drought periods.
