Shipping Policy

We ship to All Québec Province*. For the rest of all Canadian, PLZ contact us to have a shipping quote.

*IMPORTANT: The shipping service you select does not affect the processing time of your order.

All orders are shipped on business days only (Monday to Friday). Expect your package to be shipped out in the next 4 business days* following the day you place an order. Should the delay be longer, we will contact you to let you know!

*EXPECT A LONGER SHIPPING DELAY DURING MAJOR SALE EVENTS AND HOLIDAYS. PLEASE BE PATIENT :)

Sales tax are determined according to the shipping address.

Example: If your billing address is in Québec but your shipping address is in Ontario, Ontario sales tax will be charged. We do not charge sales tax for International Orders. (Presently Not-Availlable)

Presently, We don't offers international shipping.

Returns and Exchanges

You have 30 days to return an UNUSED PRODUCT including sale items that are NOT marked as Clearance Items. All merchandise must NOT be USED, ALTERED, or WASHED before it is returned.

The majority of orders are shipped in an BIOVERTCITÉ re-usable cardboard box.

To return/exchange a product, once you have requested an RA Number (RA#) with our Customer Service department, simply place the item being returned in is original box. If your order was shipped in an BIOVERTCITÉ re-usable cardboard box simple reuse the same box.

After that, Go to a local post office to select your shipping method and pay the returning fees. Return Shipping Fees are to be paid entirely by the customer.

Each refund request must be assessed by our online store Customer Service department. Before returning a product, you must get a return number (RA#) from our Customer Service. Please contact us at (info@streetgrowers.com) to get a RA number before sending products back.

It is your responsibility to inspect your package and merchandise immediately upon reception. In rare cases items may get damaged during transportation. It is imperative to contact our customer service within 7 days to report any damage or defective products and make arrangements for an exchange.

Please wrap and protect original product in his proper boxes or re-usable tubebox before shipping them back for a return.

Products purchased between November 15th and December 24th can be exchanged until next January 14th, online.

Products marked as CLEARANCE Items have a final sale status and may thus Not be returned.
